Lisa Roberts Creations makes delicious works of art in Chatham
Lisa Roberts began her career as a pastry chef after graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and training with some of the top pastry chefs and cake artists in North America, spending time in NYC, Chicago, Texas, and Toronto.
Her talents even resulted in a job in London, England with a world renowned celebrity cake artist where she spent two years before returning back to her roots in Chatham-Kent to bring her dream of running her own business to life.
Being a professional chef was always a dream, but one that took a backseat to Lisa’s first career as a lawyer in Toronto and as a public relations specialist for two of Canada’s favourite professional sports teams.
In the end, baking won out and Lisa has never looked back. After years of creating beautifully hand crafted desserts and cultivating a devoted clientele, Lisa felt that now was the time to branch out and make her passion available to all of Chatham-Kent.
